Switching to VInsure

Replacing a core system is the project insurers fear most.

So VInsure doesn't ask for a big-bang cutover. It goes live module by module, runs beside the systems you already have, and each part switches on only when your team has signed it off.

01

It runs beside what you have.

Your existing core and ledger stay in place. VInsure works alongside them — with read-only access to legacy data where needed — and each area moves across when you decide, not before.

02

Module by module, not all at once.

Start with the area that hurts most — often motor sales or claims. Each module is a complete, working part of the platform on day one, and every module you add shares the same data.

03

Configured, not coded.

Pricing tables, plans, approval limits, document checks, routing rules and reminders are settings your teams control. Going live is mostly configuration and training, not a development project.

A typical order

Five waves. Each one goes live when it's ready.

The order bends to your priorities. What doesn't change: nothing switches on until your team has tested it and signed it off.

WAVE 01 Sell one line

Quote, issue and service — usually motor. Pricing tables and plans configured by your underwriters.

WAVE 02 Claims & partners

The claims engine, then garages, surveyors and adjusters move into their portals.

WAVE 03 Money

The ledger posts alongside your existing books until finance is ready to switch over, lane by lane.

WAVE 04 App & website

Your branded app and bilingual website go live on the same engine your staff already use.

WAVE 05 The rest, line by line

Medical, general lines, fleet, brokers at scale, the auction — each added to the same platform.

Who does what

Your team keeps the keys. We do the heavy lifting.

YOUR TEAM
01

Owns the rules. Pricing, plans, approval limits and routing are your settings from day one.

02

Tests and signs off each module against real cases before it switches on.

03

Names the approvers for payments, referrals and the period close.

04

Keeps working. Day-to-day business never stops for the project.

VIONEX
01

Configures the platform to your products, documents and workflows, with you in the room.

02

Brings the data across: customers, policies and open claims imported and checked, with your sign-off on the result.

03

Trains every role — staff, garages, brokers, adjusters — in their own view of the system.

04

Stays through go-live with disciplined releases, deploy records and monitoring.

Common questions

The questions every board asks.

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No. VInsure goes live module by module. Many insurers start with motor sales or claims and add areas from there. Each module is complete on its own and shares one database with the rest.

Can we keep our current ledger?

Yes. VInsure can post entries alongside your existing books while finance compares the two, and the switch-over happens lane by lane, on your schedule.

What happens to our existing data?

Customers, policies and open claims are imported and checked before go-live, and legacy data stays readable where it needs to be. Your team signs off on the result.

Who owns pricing and rules after go-live?

Your underwriters and managers. Plans, rate matrices, approval limits, document checks and deadlines are settings with a full change history — no developer in the loop.

Do garages and brokers have to install anything?

No. Partners log into browser portals under your brand and see only their own work. Training them is part of the rollout.

Is VInsure actually live anywhere?

Yes. Methaq Takaful runs its daily business on it: sales, claims, garages, finance, brokers, an app in both stores and the public website. Read the case study →

What about Arabic?

English and Arabic run throughout the platform, right to left where it matters: the app, the website, documents and partner portals.

What if we need something VInsure doesn't do?

Configuration covers most requests. When it doesn't, VIONEX builds it as part of the platform rather than a bolt-on. See services →
