Born and raised in Abu Dhabi, Tony started behind a design desk—graphic designer, then art director, then corporate communications. Eleven years ago, a move to Bangalore pulled him into software. He saw how enterprise systems were built and thought: this could be so much simpler. More intuitive. More human. That creative lens—the obsession with clarity and ease—became the foundation for everything VIONEX builds. His full name, Mtanious N. Al Saiegh, shows up on paperwork, but everyone's called him Tony since birth. Today, the focus has sharpened to insurance technology—an industry overdue for better tools.
